All our care homes are handicapped accessible, equipped with monitoring system, fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Our care homes are carefully chosen to provide a safe and peaceful space and strategically located near hospitals, fire and police stations. At Heritage Retreat Care Homes, we provide individualized care with your loved one's well-being in mind. Our members are family. What Makes Us Special Both our assisted living facilities and Memory Care unit have a ratio of one (1) personal care attendant to up to four (4) community members. All Heritage Retreat Care Homes have individual Managers and RN oversight.

We specialize in hospice and respite care, assist with home health services, as well as have continued daily care during the aging process.
